The anglaise riche case with reeded and canted angles and ripple cornices, with blue enamel mask to the dial overlaid with a pierced and foliate cast gilt mount, the enamel dial with black chapter ring with individual Roman cartouche numerals against white reserves, gilt hands, silvered lever platform to the cut bimetallic balance, strike/repeat/alarm on gong to the backplate numbered 1140
