The anglaise riche case with ripple cornices and fluted angles, with three-tone japonaiserie mask cast with flowers and storks to the white and grey enamel Roman chapter ring with Arabic five minutes, with signature GUSTAVE SANDOZ H.ger de la marine PARIS, blued spade hands, alarm dial below, silvered lever platform to the cut bimetallic balance, three position sonnerie adjustment lever to the underside, chiming on four gongs via four hammers, with further alarm hammer, to the backplate numbered 2511, with further signature running to the side of the plate GUSTAVE SANDOZ H.GER DE LA MARINE 147-148 PALAIS ROYAL PARIS
