The multi-piece case with canted angles, white enamel dial with blue Roman chapters, blued trefoil hands, signed PAUL GARNIER H.ER DU ROI PARIS, with Garnier two-plane frictional rest chaff-cutter escapement, replaced solid rear door with winding holes, countwheel strike on bell to the backplate with repeat stamp and numbered under the bell 2214, repeat number to underside
