The simulated tortoiseshell and cut brass inlaid case of arched outline with waisted pediment surmounted by the figure of an angel, with foliate mounts and relief mount to the glazed front of a cockerel with displayed wings, the dial with individual white enamel Roman chapters, white painted hands, the twin barrel movement with strike on bell (hammer damaged), stamped on the backplate for D'AUREVILLE & LALLIER; and the wall bracket en suite
