(31cm.) square gilt-brass dial with cherub and coronet spandrels to the silvered chapter ring, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds ring, date aperture and ringed winding holes, later hands, the four ringed pillar movement with inside countwheel strike and anchor escapement, re-blocked seatboard; associated, replacements, dial and movement circa 1710, case mid 18th century
