Arbutus Unedo - This is know as the "Strawberry Tree" on account of the strawberry like fruit which it bears. In Ireland where the tree attains a height of 40ft., with a girth of 10ft., it is called "Caithne" and "Cuince". It is said that it was introduced into Great Britain in 1586.
