comprising a central octagonal dish and eight surrrounding shaped dishes, painted and gilt with Immortals, scholars and attendants in rocky gardens among scrolls, albums and vases of flowers, all within borders with cartouches of flowers issuing from rockwork on gilt foliate grounds -- the central dish 6in. (15.2cms) wide, 18th century, (rim nibbles, gilt and slight enamel rubbing).
