(19cm.) wide; devanagari manuscript, 14ll. of black script, red and black lines between phrases, red margins, five illustrations at start - of deities and a devotee, yellow cloth covers with pink tie - 4½ x 3½in. (11.5 x 9cm.); another, 15ll., yellow margins, cloth covers with paintings of ladies and men - 8 x 6½in. (20.3 x 16.5cm.); printed manuscript, Persian or Urdu, various illustrations, with date AH 1309/1891-2 AD, pink and white paper covered boards - 10 x 6¼in. (25.5 x 16cm.); a selection of approximately 20 paintings including: a fragmentary from a 15th century Jain Pata, gouache on cloth, in blue, maroon, red and black, showing a teacher with large book before him, preaching to eight monks and princely figures kneeling infront of him, a row of ducks beneath, backed on paper with lines of devanagari script - 10½ x 5in.
