of two bays and four stories, standing on turned feet, painted to simulate brick, with pitched roof, decoration along the eaves and apex and chimney, opening in two parts at the front to reveal five rooms, some with lights and fireplaces and contemporary wallpapers -- 56in. (142cm.) high (some damage to carved decoration, two windows cracked, crack to facade)
