the rectangular lozenge and inlaid top above a chequer-banded cavetto moulded frieze, the fall inlaid with musical and floral trophies enclosing a fitted interior with central drawer flanked by two pilaster compartments and an arrangement of drawers to either side, with pull-out writing surface below, the lower section fitted with a cavetto moulded frieze drawer above a floral inlaid shaped apron, on cabriole legs with gilt sabots -- 38in. (96.5cm.) wide
