With waisted pediment and ball finials, outset columns to the angles, the silvered dial with black painted Roman chapters and blued spade hands, retailer's signature for HOWELL & JAMES to the Queen LONDON, silvered lever platform to the bimetallic balance, strike on gong to the backplate stamped B, possibly for Brunelot, and 1189 -- 7½in. (19cm.) high
