of three bays and three storeys, covered with gesso and paint to simulate stonework with quoining, with shaped lintel and carrying handels, open in three sections showing four rooms, with curved staircase and landing with fitted bookshelves and Evans & Cartweight fireplace, three other rooms with fitted chimney breasts, fireplaces, skirting boards and ceiling cornice, furnished with German large scale "oak" furniture , side attic rooms with locks -- 55in. (140cm.) wide, 23in. (58cm.) deep, 45½in. (116cm.) high, circa 1840 (roof redone, front missing)
