with a lobed oval bowl, the stem with baluster terminal, tapering and set with four scallop shell motifs, by H D Schmekpeper, Hamburg 1828 - 44cm long; and a late 18th/early 19th century German punch ladle with a turned wooden handle, probably Breslau, circa 1800 (marks partly worn) - 37cm long.
