A South German 15th/16th Century silver-gilt devotional guad pendant,
formed as the Crucifixion, the figure of Christ upon a tree-form cross with lopped branches and titulus inscribed INRI, coiled open-work loops linking the haloed figures of the Virgin and St.John, above a skull for Golgotha, suspending a pierced bead drop, to a ribbed design pendant loop.
