the indigo field scattered with small floral sprays around central open floral medallion, the large white mihrab above with rows of polychome stylised floral sprays, cross panel with cloud bands above and below, in broad ivory border of floral sprays, each comprising paired flowerheads and bold serrated leaf, between pistachio-green and charcoal similar stripes, even wear, slightly corroded blackcurrant-red and slight loss at each end, circa 1800 A.D. --253cm. x 160cm.(8ft.4in. x 5ft.3in.)
