the rectangular line-inlaid and eared top above a chequer-banded frieze fitted with a paterae inlaid frieze drawer with porcelain handles, each painted with a couple in 18th century costume, with a pair of paterae and urn-inlaid doors below between canted stop-fluted angles, on square tapering legs and spherical brass feet -- 27¾in. (70cm.) wide
