After Zhao Mengfu (1254-1322)
a Chinese hanging scroll painted in ink and colours on silk depicting a groom standing before two horses grazing beneath a pine tree, one horse dappled, the other white -- 29in. (70.6cm.) x 15¾in. (40cm.), bears inscription and signature Zi Ang, seven seals, further lines of calligraphy to the margins, blue and white porcelain scroll ends, (silk scratched, worn and repaired in places, some discolouration.)
