on circular star cut foot the shouldered flaring cylindrical body with narrow neck and trefoil rim, the hollow spherical stopper on narrow stem, the body engraved with medallions of Hermes and a nymph, each beneath an urn of flowers flanked by vine sprays, between satyr masks suspending swags of roses and further beaded swags suspending hanging baskets, circa 1870 -- 33.5cm. high
