applied with gilt-metal mounts with stepped superstructure consisting of a raised shelf with three-quarter pierced gallery and swag-decorated frieze raised on turned and fluted columns with a bevelled mirrored back flanked by two similarly-mounted shelves, fitted with two short floral-decorated drawers to each side, the fall decorated with figures within a pastoral landscape enclosing a fitted interior with a baize-lined writing surface of drawers and pigeon holes, with a floral swag decorated frieze drawer below, on fluted uprights on turned tapering fluted legs -- 31in. (79cm.) wide
