Lot Essay

Mrs. Harrison was the wife of Edward Harrison of Ball's Park, Hertfordshire. Her daughter, Audrey, married in 1723, Charles, 3rd Viscount Townshend (d. 1764). Their son George was created 1st Marquess Townshend and was Lord Lieutenant of Ireland between 1767 and 1772.
