A ships binnacle compass constructed in teak and brass, the 4¾in. (12cm.) dia compass card stamped Riccardo Ferro Geneva in liquid filled gimball mounted brass bowl which supports a set of loosly mounted folding brass sights, the whole housed by a brass hood with a circular porthole, the base of the compass is screw mounted to the teak body in which four sets of magnetic-rod holes are exposed, the whole sitting loosly in square base with bolt holes for deck mounting -- 45in. (114cm.) high
