An EVER READY electric mantel timepiece, first quarter 20th century
The glazed mahogany case with mirrored back and on adjustable toupie feet, white enamel Arabic dial (restorations) with retailer's signature LONDON STEREOSCOPIC CO 106 & 108 REGENT STREET, on silvered pillar supports, with spirit level to the base, the pendulum with calibrated bob with magnetic block to underside oscillating over twin coils -- 15in. (38cm.) high
