with flaring necks, painted and gilt with shaped panels of ladies, officials and warriors in landscapes on geometric grounds -- 5in. (12.7cms) high, signed Hotoda, (one damaged); and a pair of oviform vases with moulded dragons to the shoulders decorated with Kannon and rakan -- 6in. (15.2cms) high, signed Dai Nihon Hattori.
