A blue ground oviform vase
painted with panels of figures on a sea shore variously wading in the water, ascending a viewing tower and crossing a bridge before a pavilion, the reverse with numerous figures at leisure on flower strewn riverbanks in conversation and seated in a tea house, all on grounds of scattered mon, maple leaves and geometric floral design -- 7¾in. (19.7cms) high, (slight gilt rubbing to neck), impressed seal to foot.
