Yellow robes with 12 symbols of authority are the property of the Emperor. A comparable example is held by the Victoria & Albert Museum and is illustrated in Chinese Art and Design, The T T Tsui Gallery of Chinese Art, Page 188, Catalogue Number T.197-1948.
