Depicting a cavetto-corniced shrine with kheker-frieze above, winged sun-disc flanked by two sphinxes below, the main panel showing a djed-column flanked by the King wearing the Red and White Crown respectively worshipping before deities in a shrine, with three rows of alternating djed-columns and tyet-girdles, the lower scene with snake entwined cartouche flanked by falcons wearing sun-discs and two outer heliophorous uraei, with alternating ankh (life) and was (dominion)-signs in a frieze below, repaired, mounted
