A 14½-inch (37cm) diameter terrestrial table globe, made up of twelve colour printed gores and two polar calottes, the equatorial graduated in degrees, the ecliptic ungraduated, the countries coloured and outlined, the oceans showing currents, shipping routes with times (e.g. Quebec-Liverpool 10Tg.), flying boat (Flugboote) and Zeppelin (Zeppelinflüge) routes (a few old cracks and abrasions with small loss of image), with brass half meridian ring on stepped wooden column and plinth with inset compass -- 25¾in. (65.5cm.) high
