The oval plate within a scrolling acanthus-carved frame surmounted by an oval cresting with three flowerheads flanked by female figures holding palms, on a similarly-decorated stand with a simulated marble top, the apron centred with a conforming coat of arms, on scroll feet, probably North European, minor losses
