A late 18th-Century brass universal equinoctial ring dial,
signed J.*BENNETT, LONDON, the equinoctial ring divided XII-I-XII, the meridian ring divided on one side with two quadrants labelled N & S, the other side with declination scale, the bridge with zodiac and calendar scale and sliding pin-hole sight, with adjustable suspension loop -- 6in. (15.2cm.) dia.
