A well engineered 3½in. gauge model of the LNER Atlantic 4-4-2 locomotive and tender No 1459,
built to the design of Maisie with brazed superheated copper boiler with water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, injector, whistle and clack valves. Chassis details include twin outside cylinders with inside Stephenson's link reverse, cab controlled draincocks, displacement and mechanical lubricators, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, injector, whistle, fluted motion and other details. Tender details include water cocks, hand feed pump, steps and hand irons, finished in LNER livery and lining -- 10½ x 43½in. (26.7 x 110.5cm.)
