The Dizer album is inscribed, "Bob - Sometime ago I reported to you that I had acquired a collection of postage stamps honoring Sir Winston Churchill. Here now is that special collection - one of fifty ... prepared by Malcolm Dizer, an ancient and able New York philatelist. The stamps were issued as of January 24, 1966, by some 36 members of the British Commonwealth to commemorate the first anniversary of Sir Winston's death ... all the best, Charlie."
