A Chinese export silver four-piece teaset
comprising a rectangular kettle on a simulated bamboo stand, a teapot, a sugar bowl and milk jug, all decorated with panels of figures among pine before buildings interspersed with prunus and bamboo branches, the corners incised with lines of calligraphy -- the kettle 10.in (25.4cm) high, stamped marks.
