A Chinese blue and white bowl
with widely flaring sides and short foot, painted to the centre with a lotus flower within a border of interlacing lotus flowers and leaves, the exterior similarly decorated, all within borders of whorl-pattern and ruyi heads -- 7¾in. (19.5cm.) diam, Yongzheng six-character mark and of the period.
