in polished wood with carved tiles, balconies with verandahs and brass balustrades and ornate stairs leading to front door, the house in three pieces, roof and two stories with architectural details on all sides, opening in two separate halves, doors and windows opening all round, on a separate base fitted with casters, opening to reveal two large rooms at each side with polished wood walls and fireplaces, each bedroom with internal door to fitted bathrooms and small extra rooms on the non-opening sides accessible through the doors and windows -- 51in. (129cm.) high, 32in. (81cm.) deep, base 17in. (43cm.) deep with doors for storage; ; a large quantity of furniture and fittings including blonde wood bedroom furniture with half tester bed, Waltershausen pieces including pink silk covered settees, chairs and footstools, cherrywood piano, extending table and chairs, soft metal washstand and jardiniere, gilt metal umbrella stand, dinner gong, towel rail and parrot on stand, pressed card furniture including rocking chair, tinplate bath on stand and pewter pieces; and doll's house dolls including lady with moulded bun dressed in original felt suit -- 6in.
