The first in three stages, the muzzle issuing from a monster-head, the breech section chiselled with vine leaves in relief against a punched ground; the second (pitted) in four stages, with similar muzzle, the breech section engraved with running foliage; the third in three stages with stepped moulding at the rear of the breech
