With rebrowned twist sighted barrel signed at the breech, stamped 'Terry's Patent 30 Bore', and rifled with five grooves, folding adjustable back-sight calibrated to 900 yards, case-hardened scroll engraved action with adjustable sprung bolt opening to reveal the loading aperture, case-hardened scroll engraved lock, figured walnut three-quarter stock, chequered grip and fore-end, the butt with oval white metal plaque (probably replacing an original presentation plaque), scroll engraved iron mounts including butt-plate with hinged butt-trap cover, single barrel band, iron sling loops, original iron ramrod, and traces of original finish, Birmingham proof marks
