With rifled rebrowned twist octagonal leaf-sighted barrel, hand-rotated cylinder with chambers numbered from 1 to 6, blued scroll engraved patent frame engraved with a running stag on the left side and incorporating the sprung cylinder stop, enclosed centrally operating hammer, figured walnut butt, chequered grip, scroll engraved blued iron mounts comprising butt-plate and trigger-guard, white metal escutcheon, and some original finish (loading lever missing), London proof marks
