With rebrowned barrel signed in full at the breech, and fitted with windage adjustable hooded fore-sight, blued folding rack and pinion back-sight, scroll engraved case-hardened tang fitted with a Manchester Ordnance Rifle Co. peep-sight adjustable to 300 yards, signed scroll engraved case-hardened bolted lock, figured walnut half-stock, chequered pistol-grip and fore-end cap, and much original finish apart from the barrel: in original canvas-covered two-tier case lined in purple velvet with accessories including leather-covered Bartram & Co. flask, brass bullet mould, and combination tool, the lid with trade label (damaged) and circular brass escutcheon, London proof marks
