A Pair Of Irish 14-Bore Percussion Belt Pistols
By W & I. Rigby, Dublin, Nos. 10447 and 10448 for 1852
Each with sighted etched twist barrel engraved 'Dublin' in the sighting groove, patent breech with platinum line and plug, signed scroll engraved lock, engraved hammer with three bents, scroll engraved tang extending to form an engraved hinged cover for three cavaties for balls, figured walnut full stock (minor bruising), chequered butt, engraved iron mounts including butt-trap with hinged cover, belt hook, and stirrup ramrod (iron parts with some surface rust)
