With rebrowned twist octagonal barrels, the top barrel with silver fore-sight, platinum breech line, and later gold signature, platinum-lined touch-holes, engraved tang incorporating the back-sight, signed border engraved bevelled locks each with stepped tail, safety-catch, roller, and rainproof pan (one cock replaced), chequered walnut butt, engraved iron trigger-guard and pommel, silver escutcheon, and stirrup ramrod, Birmingham proof marks
