with foliate rim, painted in the Imari palette with trailing chrysanthemums, peonies, blossoming prunus and bamboo issuing from rockwork, gilt ormolu mount with floral garlands and trailing foliage -- the porcelain 7¼in. (18.5cms) diam, the porcelain circa 1700, (some restoration).
