(2) tied by single-ring Tientsin c.d.s. and shows a superb strike of boxed "RETURNED/NOT TRANSMISSIBLE" with champhered top corners and boxed "O.F.T." both in violet, the reverse shows Shanghai (10.10) and Tientsin (24.2.15) c.d.s.
