cover 1919 (22 Sep.) commercial envelope sent from Vamdrup, Denmark (19.11.16) and addressed to Shanghai, reverse bears Shanghai c.d.s. of British, Chinese (bilingual and lunar) and local c.d.s., censor seal at left and, on the front, a very fine strike of the thick framed "Addresee repatriated/Return to sender" in purple (Proud I11) along with an indistinct British military h.s. and Copenhagen c.d.s.
