Express Letter Stamps The following section of Express Letter Stamps come originally from the collection owned by Dr. L.S. Ruland and many of the pages bear his original annotations. Lyons Livingston purchased this collection from Sir Percival David's collection at auction. Much of the plating and study in this collection was done by Lyons Livingston and Dr. W.L. Chow. Since then two further Gentlemen have enjoyed the ownership of this splendid collection.
