The flattened figure carved wearing a long checkered skirt, with arms clasped before the square torso, the round head with slightly raised features below hair pulled up in the shape of a pair of horns, the stone of mottled white and pale russet tone, pierced horizontally above the head for suspension

Cf. similar figures excavated in 1978 from the tomb of the king of Zhongshanguo in Pingshan, Hebei and dated to the middle of the Warring States period, illustrated in Zhongguo Meishu Quanji, vol. 9, no. 119.
