The pelmet 19th Century
Woven in wools with swags of roses on a pale-blue ground, with a laurel border, now adapted as a window-pelmet with pale blue-silk rope border and four conforming tassels and a pair of pale-blue silk curtains, each curtain with double baluster tie-backs, old repairs to pelmet
