A PAIR OF QUEEN ANNE WALNUT SIDE CHAIRS
Each with arched close-nailed padded back and seat covered in 18th Century wool and silk gros and petit-point needlework with vases and trailing flowers on a pale-yellow ground, on cabriole legs headed by faceted scrolls and joined by a shaped H-shaped stretcher, on faceted scrolled feet, the back legs and later back stretchers beech, one seat-rail replaced, one chair with metal strengtheners to the seat-rails, minor variations in carving (2)
