A MAHOGANY WRITING-TABLE
Basically early 19th Century
Inlaid overall with ebonised lines, the rounded rectangular black leather-lined top with reeded edge, above three part cedar-lined frieze drawers to the front and the reverse, each with a lion-mask and ring handle, on ring-turned tapering legs, brass caps and castors, the underside of five drawers stamped with Roman numerals, inscribed in pencil to the underside of one drawer '1275', restorations
64 in. (162.5 cm.) wide; 33½ in. (85 cm.) high; 43¼ in. (109.5 cm.) deep
