Air Mail cover -- red band envelope (adressees name excised from the front) to a jade merchant in Tientsin bearing, on the reverse, Sinkiang 1½c.pair and 6c. with Air overprint 30c. tied by Tihwa c.d.s. and Tientsin arrival marks (3 Dec.) and showing the censor seal.
