unused 1860 2d. orange-vermilion, reconstructed block of sixteen consisting of a corner block of eight, a corner block of four and a marginal block of four comprising the left four vertical rows of the sheet with good margins at right, all unused with virtually full original gum; the horizontal crease which was orignally between the second and third horizontal rows when the block of sixteen was intact now appears in the lower margin at left of the block of eight and in the upper margin at right of the marginal block of four; superb and a great rarity.
